I have Smart Upgrade working great... other than the tracking reports. I have been all over the setup for this and cannot get any upgrade info to come in to it. I have walked step-by-step through the Redbook as well as the Help files and it simply refuses to give me joy. I have also checked the database access settings for this and set them the same as the kit database access. Anyone have an idea? Many thanks in advance!
